The name of our site comes from the first name of its owner, designer and operator Ernest Bradford Seckel. Ernie is a name that anyone in any country in the world who has ever watched Sesame street learns as a child. The puppet Characters " Bert & Ernie" are fond childhood memories for most every person in the industrialized world. Given this ErnieInAmsterdam is simple, easy and if associated with the childhood memory of Sesame Street meaningful and full of happiness even if it is Subconsciously.
